I think we're getting a bit off track here as the thread was about someone who had an opinion that was changed by scientific evidence .
I don't think I have to highlight how that could apply to some posters on HC .
But , back to intensive farming . It is very unlikely that crops and animals would have ever evolved the way they have if it wasn't for humans getting involved .
I'd hardly call that natural .
But , the thing with gm is that because it is scientifically studied , the issues are identified and sorted out . That's a lot different to people just guessing .
