To be fair, the escrow was always there (389 + ~150) and has always been reflected in the marketcap shown.
This is similar to what happened in the slump around the same time last year (specs weak and large CR overhang), and didn't really firm up until results were near, so perhaps early Q4 as the psoriasis results get close.
