They don't release numbers early because they change. At one point these jokers thought they were going to give away 25% of their royalties (and we only found that out because someone managed to find those details and then post them, forcing the company to announce them via the ASX.)
We now know that changed because of their ability to potentially get themselves into debt with the Brevet facility.

Imagine that! Strong arm someone you're negotiating by admitting you have virtually no income and the ability to expose yourself to debt repayments and they relent and allow you to give them the controlling share of your own IP globally (excluding Australia where you haven't been able to get running for ten years) practically for free!
