So what happened to the BS theory that FLC management/directors can't buy/sell shares cause they could be negotiating major deals. Yes, Ron isn't a director any longer but with his holding it is implausible for anyone to argue his board rep doesn't update Ron or Ron himself doesn't get involved in some big deals at the highest level.
