    nothing hidden from s/holders except margin lenders knowing who stock holders & loaning stock to hedge funds. Suspect MS deal in the wings for a while now. Directors were buying not selling last year. No commentators picked this, they were guessing many but not this. Hedge funds having a field day making millions
