It’s like pulling teeth with you, the Co has a term sheet agreement wich as you so kindly pointed out is legally binding once certain parts are MEET.
Not now, once and if terms are meet, you will have an offtake partner locked in.
If SK was so certain of everything there would have been no need for the term sheet etc and they would have bought in months ago.
