Moxy, of course you are right about HC being a site to share opinions on stocks so am very happy to share mine.

Your post refers "things do not fare well for IPR".
An unbelievable statement when considering the following facts:

1.$30million cash
2.Pending Nortel could bring another $20-50mill to IPR
3.Negotiations taking place re statmux 2
4.German action pending partly funded by Lloyds.
5.Oracle action proceeding
6.A range of other IP products being marketed.

The current share price attributes no value to items 2-6. As stated previously I believe this will change particularly given the media coverage 357 has pointed out and there will be investors who can see they could more than double their outlay when Judge Ward makes the final judgement.
