Ramsay is up himself, vulgar, unhelpful and a provider of a "show." Entertainment, that's all. C rap! A few "funny" lines (often more disgusting than funny) and a few "funny" situations, none of which have anything to do with reality. I saw two or three of his shows and couldn't "stomach" any more. Eating out -anywhere, including your best mate's place- has its potential mishaps and even dangers. But one does need to go out. Order small dishes with food that even the worst cook cannot not destroy. Enjoy the wine, the mise en scene and the company.
