Yeah just woke up(exhausted night shift worker) and tried to decifer thru the ann.
Obviously further details to come out on Tuesday but reading between lines I would say at very least present holders should be able to participate in share purchase plan and buy at 5.5c.
Does explain the capping that was evident until early last week.
I thought that they would of worked price out on an average price that they had been trading at recently.
So I did get excited when I saw the pump on Mon/Tues think ing that it was happening so they could either raise more or have raising at higher price.
In retrospect I would of played the last week, month, quarter alot differently had I known or foreseen this raising ending up so cheap.
And I do think CBR getting too sweet a deal, too much of a cash component,a nice convertible note and an entry into FML way too cheap, considering they are the ones handing 95% of the risk over to FML and clouding the fact they are effectively walking away from most of the holding they had in the project
But still think it'll be a winner and no sign of hedging yet.
