thanks again. I run what I thought was a safe system with Adaware and AVG. And this thing got picked up by AVG and quarantined. Must have come off a dummy new site I reckon. I am a dead boring conservative web surfer and very computer savvy - just got lax I guess cos I was so used to using the ANZ banking without prob. AVG must have caught it a day or so late.
Money got refunded within 2 weeks and lots of paperwork.
