BTW Goofy, what exactly was "imposed what could be considered onerous conditions on the company" by the Govt over and above the original license conditions?
IAEA made a few recommendations but 9 of the 11 from memory were directed at AELB rather than Lynas.
Maybe my memory fails me but I don't recollect any additional "onerous conditions", and certainly not operationally, the LAMP was built, and has been operating nearly 6yrs, as per original environmentally safe design.
