Think people are a little more weary of AGY since all their promises of BG by March end fell flat. If it weren't for the loss of faith and the sharp decrease in SP that followed, all the upcoming catalysts would drive the SP well north of $0.40. Just think people that got in between January and June will sell once their entry price is hit, the potential of losing money has probably scared them so they'll recover their money and go blue chip.
