One of the TOL conditions was for Lynas to submit plans of a PDF and propose a location within 10 months of starting operations. This is Lynas plan B.
Plan A is condisoil. We know that Lynas is confident the condisoil research was successful because the company submitted applications to register condisoil, over 12 months ago.
If a supportive government didn’t approve/reject the condisoil within a reasonable timeframe, what is a potentially hostile government going to do? That’s my concern.
