fwiw....re: may low - i read something recently from someone who based his work on carolan's spiral calendar. at the time of reading, his analysis was far beyond my capacity to understand. however, he said that the next window for a panic crash low was in may. i didn't keep a web reference at the time. i'll try to find it again and post it.
so, if the enployment data isn't too bad, i don't expect the january lows to be taken out. time will tell.
p.s. apologies for not responding to some of the posts directed at me today. i was kinda naughty today ....as spent some time reading hotcopper while at work. do i feel guilty. nope. i just tidying loose ends of a major project that i've been working on for the last couple of months and imo, deserved to be a slacker today.
