I have similar concerns too. And depending on how the transactions materialize there must be dilution due to share placements (either new shares created to fulfill purchases or new shares due to cap raising) I don't doubt that these recent transactions add value. I just don't want to see the share price go down AGAIN to facilitate it. I want some share price appreciation and I'm getting very tired of this.
