First off it wasn’t a deadline. Never once did they use that term.
Okay so the complaint is missed Targeted timeframe from earlier in the year. The negative is a Past event which is reflected in the SP already. Why rehash a past event? We should focus on events that are actually controllable in the present and future shouldn’t we?
The current status is the plant is fully operational and they are confirming grade across batches. We have derisked removal of most difficult brine components and it is projected to spend 500k on Production THIS quarter. They seem transparent enough seeing as we had a update literally 6 days ago on status of everyhing
