I take it you are also objecting to the other founders of the separate and new KML -Directors who co-worked and are working tirelessly to put this deal together, roadshow it to overseas investors for an IPO that MCT will likely get a great benefit from. The argument re MCT SP is not relevant to the KML deal (which is actually a positive performance flag for getting twice the value for AB that you and your fellow shareholders own). It is the founding of a new entity with others - maybe get involved with seed/IPO and the principles of founders so the posts sound more informed than vindictive.
Those who are asking for evidence for founder shares in IPOs are showing an extremely low level of market awareness. Its like asking to be shown evidence for the earth being a sphere. Lets move on.
