I think we all agree that we have pollution problems caused by stupid laws and lazy people, also there are some who don't give a damn anyway

But the big difference being
1/ Practical solutions which are economical and can be implemented
2/ A view of paradise and dreams which cannot work

The single use bag is a prime example of the second option

Banning the single use bag is not necessarily a bad thing, but the process was very badly implemented and no planning done for an alternative bag.

Result

The public lose the convenience of a multi use bag
The environment suffers from the poor alternatives
The super markets profit with a bundle of cash
