facts re my earlier postings on short selling, page-12

In answer to 2. in Your last Posting,-- submitting 'dummy' Selling Orders is also, Illegal,I would think, however it would be done by Short Sellers and perhaps the only way to Scare Short Sellers out is to play the opposite Game.
I wish I had my present knowledge of Short Selling Tactics some Years ago,because I would not have exposed my Investments to this 'rip off' of Market.
Oh, so,the A.S.X. is Now trying to address the Issue of Stock Loaning by Superannuation Funds etc.. A system of checking the Selling Orders to see if in fact they're Borrowed Shares should be put in place.
Difficult, however it should be done.
It does look like the A.S.X. and A.S.I.C. are presently working on something in this Area.
