Good catch - should have been 2,000,000 tpa.

The current Condisoil formula is 1:2:7 WLP:NUF:INERTS.
Have to produce 10 times the amount of Condisoil as WLP.
WLP production = concentrate import; Condisoil production = 10X concentrate import.

Current import is 70,000 tpa, but by all accounts, this is expected to increase. To obtain the promised 7200 tpa NdPr , they would need ~90,000 tpa concentrate import. With goofy's ~10% buffer, that's 100,000 tpa. As Lynas LAMP moves forward, concentrate import likely to rise further.

Consider import is 100,000 tpa, then Condisoil production must be 1,000,000 tpa to consume.

Consider there is probably 1,000,000 pounds WLP in storage by the time Condisoil production begins. To consume it, that's 10,000,000 tons Condisoil. To get rid of it in 10 years, you need to produce another 1,000,000 tpa.

1,000,000 tpa for current production + 1,000,000 tpa to consume piles on the ground = 2,000,000 tpa Condisoil for at least 10 years.
