The following was in the news release from ACW on the 17/7/18.
Following on from the placement in late May 2018 that raised $15m, both BVF and Australian Ethical have opted to subscribe for additional shares under the SPP shortfall. After this latest placement, BVF will hold 19.97% of the Company and continue to be the largest shareholder on the register.
I don't know if this sentence was the cue or not for the sudden interest plus other factors such as the extra recruiting sites which may hasten the Phase II trial and possibly bring forward final results. But I have been holding for awhile now and have accumulated along the way which has reduced my entry price below current price. Happy to be in the black now as I have been in the red for some time.
