Brumbys management have 12.5m unlisted oppies that they say they wont convert due to current sp,this is a mistake as they will miss out firstly on the chance to increase lets say 100,000 oppies into 150,000 shares at a 30% discount(1/2 @0.14c)then the 50,000 free oppies to exercise @15c january 2010(same as their 20c oppies)this gives you a good indication of the tremendous deal bmy is giving out.for a total of $27,000 they get
100,000 bmy oppies to shares.@$20,000 then 50% of that @14c
on the 1/2 for $7,000,so now 150,000 bmy for $27,000 av.0.18c,yep little higher than current sp but now you have 50% more bmy for 2c less but its the free oppies that is whats its all about,so in fact you have 150,000 bmy plus 50,000 bmyo exercise 15c jan 2010 cost $7500,so total of 200,000 bmy when exercised for $34,500 now the average is 0.1725 but its the 25% of bmy through the bmyo that is the neat deal you get, but only if you exercise the unlisted oppies, those bmyo is where the big % gains will come through plus also brubmy gets $2.5m in the bank,I cant see how any smart person wouldnt cash in the unlisted oppies to essentially is averageing down the oppies into bmy & therefore being entitled to have 25% of your holdings at a 20% discount to your previous oppies that you couldnt trade to pay for them, being able to trade your 50,000 oppies or the heads to pay for the $7,500 exercise payable gives them(free) options they never had before in more ways than 1..

    100,000 bmy $20,000
    50,000 bmy $7,000
50,000 bmyo free, $7,500 to exercise or use these to get back the $27,000...great deal just let me get my trillion
    oppies first.....the tiger
