Towie I don’t know if you were responding to my comments if you were I am not suggesting that women are having children to get government payments. What I was proposing is income tax relief rather than government payments the net result to be the same in money. There would be exceptions to this rule of course. The contributions by the general mass of taxpayers would be the same. My thoughts where this may cause more to earner some money to better they’re standard of living for themselves and their children. Also with focus on community involvement as being a worthwhile social activity.
