Firstly the contract with Varmco is water tight. MGC will move to enforcing the contract if the deposit is not rec’d by the end of the month. Varmco ceo adamant that they intend to honor the contract apparently and has confirmed that intention on numerous occasions for the 2nd half of the year. BOD have done due diligence and confirm that they have the funds to pay. The BOD are keen to get the whole issue resolved. My take: encouraging but don’t bet your house on it. Footmax is correct in that CBD is able to be exported throughout Europe from Malta. This is critical for the big winner Cannepil that can be sold as an IMP.

MGC have a cultivation facility in the Czech Republic of 1,100 sq meters. They can service 3000 to 5000 patients out of 200 sq meters and 30 to 50000 patients with 2000 sq meters. As we know they expect to make $1.4 mio per month out of this product and grow that revenue as they develop Malta. The Malta deal was secured on the demand expectation for Cannepil.

The interesting bit is the research going on at the Melbourne and Sydney universities. This is research into top end biological areas. Any breakthrough in this area would catapult earnings substantially.

The potential is all there it just needs some time to be realized. Any small success story with Cannepil will triple the SP on the expectation of future revenue flows. OPtions is by far the best entry atm.

all I want from this deal by start of August is the SP to go BOOOOOOMM!

So I can use my brand spanking new purchased MGC / VC Broom to sweep up all the cash that will be finally falling out of my suitcase..

MGC don't make my dream not come true..
