Hi 42, there was a "call out" to other posters to come and debate this stock, perhaps as a means of promoting interest in it. Doesn't seem to have worked based on SP and then those that were invited and responded get attacked, to me a sign that those that made the "call out" are losing the so called debate.
But perhaps you are correct, perhaps the SP movement has nothing to do with what's discussed on this thread.
As I raised the issue on another WKT thread which is now closed I personally think it has to do with concerns over the operation and enforcement of the preference to Indigenous Tanzanian companies in the granting of mining licences with jail terms for those that do not comply with granting this preference. If I was a Tanzanian Mining Commission employee I would be extremely reluctant to grant a mining licence to anyone that wasn't an Indigenous Tanzanian company until I was sure what the procedure on "granting preference" was, though not really sure what the jails in Tanzania are like.
Nobody seemed prepared to debate this issues, I thought it was because I was not invited.
I was hoping someone would debate this with some other perspective on it, or even to prove me wrong and say it had been repealed or something. But nothing.
And with this in mind this statement from recent update announcement concerned me
"
There is currently no reason to believe that any delay in awarding a Mining Licence to Lindi Jumbo is associated with the application specific but more so with the process in general and the adoption of new systems by the Ministry of Minerals. "
The use of the word "currently" was of concern to me.
All just in my very humble opinion though and I actually hope your licence is granted soon as will help resolve this uncertainty on where Tanzania is heading with all the changes to its mining legislation and regulations.
