If you had better reading/comprehension skills you’d see that the announcement clearly states that 10c will be the floor price that any shares would be issued.

to the Seller (or nominee) to the value of $9,000,000 based on a price per share being the 15-day VWAP immediately prior to the Second Instalment Payment Date (subject to a floor price of $0.10 per share)*;”
On what basis do you expect to see the market cap halve by this acquisition?
