But this still doesn't explain why you cannot fully inform the market now as to the state-of-play and reopen trade. If they are nearing completion and investors are speculating, a quote along the lines of "we have been in detailed contractual negotiations as part of our normal course of business, and while these negotiations are progressing there remains uncertainty as to the timing, quantum and ultimate execution of such contracts. Other than what is disclosed we are not aware of any other reasons for the recent activity".

Surely this would be sufficient to re-open trade. Its part of their day-to-day business, could you imagine BHP being in suspension for 2 weeks because they were negotiating a new contract/funding round?

As it is, we shareholders are being disadvantaged... full disclosure, I have some other shares I'd like to speculate on but have funds tied up here and it's becoming quite frustrating.

Good thing we are in a halt. Everyone who bought last week were expecting the announcement this week so if we weren't in a halt right now we would of likely seen a big sell off. Yes it's annoying but it's actually positive.
