I am on sacd's side though, I reckon it will tank big time on open, then hit a bottom and bounce to highs

Whether it holds the highs, or even positive territory is uncertain, but it will offer exellent trading opportunities.

I'll be buying, poutting a stop loss in place, and seeing what happens.

PS And whilst he overextended himself, and ran a childcare business like a corporate play, I do feel for the guy but this type of business shouldnt be run for the profits of the shareholders and directors
