I think the idea of a new thread is great. I think some of the information included has also been positive. I actually agree with DV though. To start the new thread with the purpose of moving forward - and then also re-engage DV on old topics that have been covered many, many times is counter productive.

Who is going to kick us off (with a new thread that is)? Hey Muz, does old mate Elon use silicon in his batteries? If so do you know at what percentage? If the answer is yes and there is a known percentage can we make some educated assumptions on what percentage we would need to take the silicon to for our product to be compelling?
