Buddy,
While ever there are two public entities, my understanding was that cash cannot just move from one to another. Either it happens via a dividend (Cash ex AGM to ZFX) or it happens by a rights issue (Cash ex ZFX to AGM). So if ZFX wanted to expand AGM, and they did not have control, it does not matter what cash is on ZFX balance sheet, it cannot move to AGM unless via script issue or loan and the loan has to be at market rates.
I can see ZFX/OXR sitting it out and going after other fish with all their cash. They will probably come back to AGM at a later date.
I agree, we are speculating, and we probably will not agree with each other's argument, but the discussion is good.
