Could someone kindly clarify the shares on issue:
IPO was for 75 million shares at .20c ie $15 million, I'm just confused looking at the market cap currently wasn't there a whole bunch of additional shares the founder hold in escrow ? Or does their shareholding inc within the 75 million.
