The question is why was Hazer so low in the first place? The falling SP gave the feeling that something funny was going on, but yesterdays announcement showed that everything was on track, and PPPv2 was in fact ahead of schedule.
Buyers are just taking advantage of the low prices that were created by a combination of some delays and CEO resignation.
Anything under 40c is a good buy IMO.
