re: re:yuk whitlam, the '70's and labour's ineptit Unlike many others, this (reading the forum) is not my full time job!
You'll find that I go away (get on with my life-barbie with cousins today) and then come back. The hoi poloi take the opportunity to write stupid, disparaging comments about me. So I "catch up." It's obvious they're not around now otherwise you'd have the normal tete-a-tete. So they'll come back at a later stage and they'll again deposit their gunk. I, as all others, have a choice: to ignore it or to respond it. Sometimes I do one and at other times I do the other. Simple?
Due to my job (not teaching incidentally) I also keep highly irregular hours. So once again, it's highly likely that you'll see a flurry of my posts. Olives worked out how to handle the problem. It's your prerogative to also handle it the same way. As to moi, I never put anyone on ignore. It's a simpleton's answer.
