As far as I know these shares will only effect the sp if they are dumped onto same market in large quantities. As directors I don't think they are about to go out there and throw 500,000 million shares on the market. So there maybe a a few holders that may panic and I expect there will be a dip of some sort. I don't think it will last too long. News would help, but we really don't know when they will surprise us with it. It could be any time in the next 6 months possibly.
