Only issue is that (1) no comment from AIM regarding the court case (2) no news of drilling in Zambia (3) no news of offtakes (4) no news of VTEM means one of two things.
Either the company has changed it's approach to keeping the market informed (ie: they are going to produce the goods BEFORE talking about it) or the company is not doing anything. I'd like to think (and I expect) that it is the first case as the management are well aware of the legal implications of drawing too much attention to themselves by ramping the price with 'nothing' announcements. If it is the second reason (ie: they are collectively harvesting bellybutton lint) then we are set for a world of pain.
Defintely still a hold at this stage until clearer picture emerges. I still hold.
