If you were planning a takeover bid you wouldn't want opposition to get any extra shares as it will make your takeover much harder. Any delay in a bid would be a bad option because every day Redstone gets more so makes your job harder. The acceptances will really flood in from Monday week.

I do think it is 50/50 Redstone up their offer to 4.5c (my guess).

I do think after it is all over Redstone and FMG will cut some sort of port development deal.
