I highly recommend to every existing and perspective shareholder to read the clarification report, particularly points 4 and 7, with an open mind and with no pre assumption mind set. Read and accept it as written as this is an official and factual report.
Problem rises when people do not read announcements and they make assumptions after assumptions and then draw their wrong conclusions.
