Experience and good old fashioned common sense. It's not downramping it is just the facts as most well balanced people would see them at this stage of the process. It is far more likely an outcome than these wild 8c+ outcomes which are based on nothing but false hope. I would love to be wrong and get more but examining takeovers generally this is the most likely outcome.

Here is the great thing, we don't need to agree and you don't need to sell or even do anything. At the very least we should consider all potential outcomes and assess how likely they are.

When I send in my acceptance late next week I have considered potential upside and it is beyond my risk tolerance. Once I have sold I hope it goes up and others make a motza, I made my choice. However if you hold and get a bad outcome that is also a possibility and as long as you have weighed up the risk and opportunity that is investing.

If you think it will be 8c+ soon good, hold. I would urge you to consider who will be buying them from you at those prices and why. Especially as they can now easily buy at 4.3c, why would they wait for it to double unless they are philanthropists.

I do not consider it downramping, but you should always look down before you look up. Let's hope someone does offer more.
