Experience and good old fashioned common sense. It's not downramping it is just the facts as most well balanced people would see them at this stage of the process. It is far more likely an outcome than these wild 8c+ outcomes which are based on nothing but false hope. I would love to be wrong and get more but examining takeovers generally this is the most likely outcome.

Common sense is your opinion only. It is of a subjective rather than objective nature. Provide us with some objective evidence. We have no idea of who you are. If this share is so bad why continue to ram up it up everyones jumper. Anyone that reads your posts should realise and understand that we know nothing about you.
