Anyway, I don’t like coming on this forum and not offering anything of value.

Progress on the exchange seems to be ticking along despite there being very little information on the elusive Noetic Synergy. When you drive up and down the street where their offices are based you can’t see any signage of Noetic Synergy anywhere.

Their registered address is:

Let’s take a look:

By my calculations, this is their offices (No 21, Level 2). It may be the one above.



I know the google maps images are from 2016, but they have been registered as a business since 2010.



So, I’ve been sceptical and pleasantly surprised BPG/Noetic Synergy have pulled off this exchange.

However, we know that the CEO of Noetic Synergy – Ian Jeremy Jones, also works for IFCA, a software development company. IFCA is a large organisation with c. 150 employees. Perhaps Noetic Synergy (Ian Jeremy Jones) have outsourced some of the development to his other job at IFCA?
