You can bet that Armstrong has become a significant force since the late Feb downdraft last year.

As such I expect at least a sharp minor reaction and with minor cycle high for March 31, from Easter to month end could well be a sharp rally. A one week sharp rally like the one week sharp fall last year late Feb.

Perhaps too many will want it and so it won't happen.

Market action will always have to set up right so that's the key.

I think I and others have all sorts of permutations for the rest of the year and I think I pretty well listed all mine over the last few days.
