There’s not much I don’t like about Krc, and long term, I can’t see to many better investments. I’m a little bit baffled by the reaction to the last double announcement and trying not to get too excited about what Tuesday may bring. A pleasant surprise would be nice before a plane ride back to work Wednesday for another 3 weeks of limited internet and phone. And worst of all no beer.

I think the problem with the last double announcement and TH was that they were only progress updates with no substance and us the market saw straight through them as just a last ditch pump for op conversion. I believe this one will be a real game changer. Lots of V x great % = MONEY. I'm hearing you about the fly-out bit. I'm back tomorrow, but I live in luxury compared to you by the sounds, only three nights, good internet and cheap beer. I'll have one for you to celebrate on Tuesday.
