I did some research today. Due to short form prospectus it will take until the 27th to satisfy all the requirements of the TSX.
The raising is fully underwritten and will result in the full amount being sought going into the BMN bank. No further questions required.
No one should listen to anyone creating doubts about the money raise reality. Do your own research to confirm.
Tibbs as you stated the time after the 27th will be active for BMN. Not far away at any rate.
