A move above 4.1c target 5.3c via a reverse head and shoulders pattern - not overly exciting but if it triggers it should move pretty quickly to target so its a start to potentially waking this stock up again. The pattern fails below 3.3c. From a timing perspective it should be getting close to moving (ie. this week) if the more positive outcome is what is going to unfold. E.
