Looks good at a glance well done holders.
However a few things to consider:

No word on grade and resource amount of exploration licences yet, however will be charged $15 us a ton of ore to mine??
But they are looking for third party ore in the mean time but what will the cost be?
"In addition, the Company has commenced early stage negotiations for the supply of third party feed to the Luapula Processing Facility. The Company seeks to acquire feed at a rate of 10,000t per month and at grades of approx. +1.00% Cobalt. "

So all in all looks like there is great potential but with still quite a few unknowns and risk re tenements, I haven't done the maths and not enough figures to do so yet however i think holders have done well and still stand to gain more if it all comes together as planed.
