I agree with comments above that big Pharma have managed share price expectations down. How would you react if a $4.00 bid was lodged for MSB today? Contrast this with how you would have responded 2-3 years ago if big Pharma had lodged a $4 bid. You would have laughed it off as a low ball offer given the stock had traded as high as $10. The best thing that can happen hear is for MSB to continue good deals and partnerships and have the market re rate the company and its market cap to previous highs. I do think however that MSB is at significant risk of a big Pharma coming along with an opportunistic bid on the eve of major approvals and deals.
