Agree 2c sucks. Especially with over a billion on issue.
Maybe it's because they will need shareholder approval for any deals, asset sale (IP), CR or consolidation some or all of them.
Maybe someone wants to nudge the SP higher before then...might be worth looking who has options and at what price?
Not knowing what is going on with ADO is half the fun of being a shareholder.
