I'm no longer sure what you're query was - you seem to keep asking moving questions??
History is littered with examples that seemed like a good idea but were initially downplayed as not being viable... eg the telephone - it was thought it wouldn't succeed cause so few people would go to the trouble or expense of installing one, hence who could you call (lol!).... and now look at us, nearly everyone carries one on them and ironically here were are discussing processing brine so that they can have batteries (or was it a well thought out example on my behalf!!)
