The DataDot technology may be good (although by now superseded by more advanced technologies), but somebody has to sell it and there is none in the company, even to answer a phone. So the only question you may ask the management - how they feel when the company going to gurgle?

And Leunig had a caricature years ago to illustrate a similar case, when then famous corporation went belly up: a CEO stands on a balcony of his home looking at the angry crowd of shareholders shouting from the ground: "How do you feel when the company is going down?" and CEO replies: "Thanks for asking. I sleep very well in silk pijamas under Sheridan percale sheets". That's how DDT management feels now too.
