What is the back up plan ? White knight and at what price?
Whole valuation is based on assumption that a payout will be received before they need to raise cash? Odds of that?
The concept of a raising now and how large the discount would be could dilute any holder by 30% from current pricing?.
This is a really high risk spec gambling on funding resulting from a arbitration with no conclusive time , value or pathway and subsequent to that, a chain of assumptions going forward .
You have to wonder why pay to put out that research now?
Just to get headline number , some investor depth to raise on if there is further delay?
